This site allows you to search for and print proxies for Pokémon cards.

Search and Select
To search, choose a set, supertype, and/or search by name (text search). The sets are marked with an S if they are in the standard format, and an E if they are in the expanded format. After choosing a set or type, or entering a search term in the search field a list of pokemon cards will be displayed. Each card will have a number spinner below it. You can click the plus (+) and minus (-) icons to add or remove cards from the print queue. You can also add a number directly to the text box between the plus and minus icons.

Print Queue
To view the print queue you can click the button which will open the print (or proxy) queue. The cards in the queue will also have a number spinner allowing you to add or remove cards directly from the queue. This means you can add/remove cards that aren't currently in the search results (e.g. you add a card then search for other cards).
As the print queue fills up the cards will scroll to the right. If you want to view them all at once you can click at the bottom of the queue to expand the queue and wrap the cards.

Printing
When you're ready to print click . This will open a print screen with the cards displayed in order. You may need to adjust the margins to match the size of actual Pokémon cards. It's a good idea to try printing one card to make sure it prints correctly.
